Job Summary

As a Volunteer Marketing Manager, you will help define and execute strategies to position Maun as a leader in ethical banking. From improving our SEO to creating compelling marketing materials, you’ll ensure our message reaches the right audience and inspires action.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with Maun’s mission and goals.
  • Optimize website content for SEO and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the social media manager to align strategies and content.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to raise awareness about Maun’s services and mission.
  • Monitor marketing metrics and use data-driven insights to improve performance.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with local masjids and sponsor organizations to outreach their members.
  • Build relationships with well-known Muslim influencers, institutions, scholars, podcasts, and other startups.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Passion for Maun’s mission and an understanding of the Muslim community’s needs.
  • Experience in marketing strategy, content creation, or SEO optimization.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
